UK Head Office – Orange

We transformed an empty office space into an environment that was in line with the Orange Business Service brand which delivered staff engagement improvements.

Relocating head office from a building in Bristol to one next door in an eight week  construction period could have proven to be a logistical headache. Instead, the telecoms service arm used it as an opportunity for change in it’s business, transforming the way employees worked. Our proposals provided excellent shared facilities in a initiative to increase staff engagement improvements whilst delivering on the staff’s wishes.

The design of the new premises dedicated over a quarter of the space to social, informal and collaborative areas, making it easier to network and to develop clearer communication. Working closely with the FM Team, HR and executive teams we delivered not just a physical shift, but an environment that inspired collaboration and growth and promoted a healthy work-life balance for all employees.
